Terms and Conditions

Effective date: March 20, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using TTP Finder (“the Service”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) at https://ttpfinder.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

TTP Finder is an independent, unofficial tool that retrieves and displays publicly available appointment availability data from the U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) Trusted Traveler Programs (TTP) scheduling system. The Service allows registered users to set up trackers and receive notifications when appointments become available at specified enrollment centers.

TTP Finder is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, U.S. Customs and Border Protection, or any other government agency.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By using TTP Finder you represent that you meet this requirement.

4. User Accounts

  • You may sign in using a Google account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
  • Regular (free) accounts are limited to one active tracker. Premium accounts may hold multiple trackers and access additional notification channels.
  • You agree not to use the Service to send unsolicited notifications, scrape data at scale, or circumvent any rate limits imposed by CBP or TTP Finder.

5. Notifications

When you enable email notifications, you consent to receive appointment availability emails from TTP Finder. Regular accounts receive at most one email notification per day per tracker. You may disable notifications at any time from your dashboard.

6. Accuracy of Data

Appointment availability data is retrieved in real time from the CBP scheduling API and may be inaccurate, delayed, or unavailable. TTP Finder makes no guarantees that displayed slots will remain open by the time you attempt to book them. Always confirm availability on the official TTP portal.

7. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems or data.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or CBP infrastructure.
  • Automate or script appointment bookings through TTP Finder.
  • Resell or commercialize access to the Service without written consent.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, code, and design of TTP Finder are owned by or licensed to TTP Finder. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.

9. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TTP FINDER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We will update the effective date at the top of this page when changes are made.
